PC DVR Cards DVR cards will only operate in Windows based computers. They are not for laptops or MAC's. A real time DVR card is when each camera is allocated 30 frames per second, ie. a 4 cam 120FPS card is a real time card, an 8 camera 240FPS card is a real time card.
