| The Color high quality CMOS camera and transmitter are built into 1 piece. This is a 1 channel transmitter. The Color camera has a nice bright 380 lines of resolution, 1 lux, 5.6mm lens, and measures 18X34X17mm. The camera and transmitter are encased in ABS. Included also, is a 4 channel receiver that you can plug into your VCR or TV. This allows a transmission range of up to 700 ft line of sight in the 2.4GHz frequency spectrum. To set up, just plug in the battery or ac adapter to the transmitter/camera. Plug the receiver into your TV/VCR input. Turn the TV/VCR to video input. This camera will operate from a 9 volt battery, 6 volt power supply, or 6 volt battery pack (4-AA's) with on/off switch (all included). The 163C cannot be powered by our rechargeable battery packs. This product is offered in 2 channels. Please call in if you already have 1 and wish to purchase another one on a different channel.
Wireless transmission is not for everyone. Distance, quality, and
ability to transmit wirelessly will depend on how many obstructions and
what kind of obstructions are in the way such
as trees, houses, buildings, satellite dishes, wireless routers, and
even 2.4ghz cordless phones. If you have any of these around your home
or office, then begin by only purchasing one wireless unit as you may
find out only 1 or 2 channels is all you can attain. The 163C is offered in 2 fixed channels, 2.432 and 2.472ghz. They cannot be switched or changed. When ordering 2, we will send one on each channel. Available Models: BP163C
