| Long Term, Battery Operated Outdoor Weatherproof Motion Activated DVR Designed for Long Term Outdoor Surveillance. Two of our BP712VRB batteries power this unit and a hard wired camera (NON infrared) for up to 72 Hours!!! Case Dimensions: 15" x 9 1/2" x 3" The is a weatherproofed and battery operated version of our BP755G. Contained in the weatherproof housing is a COLOR, single channel, miniature solid state digital video recorder (DVR) that has no moving parts. This recorder is powered by 2 heavy duty RECHARGEABLE batteries (included). These batteries power the recorder (DVR) and a non-infrared hard wired camera for up to 3 days. The DVR has built in motion detection so it can be set to record only when there is motion. Combine this unit with a bullet camera and you have a truly portable outdoor DVR. All recorded events are stored to an SD card (128Mb included - larger available separately). Purchase an extra SD card and 2 extra rechargeable batteries for uninterrupted surveillance. Simply swap out the batteries with the freshly charged extra batteries, swap out your SD card, and continue your surveillance. The DVR enclosure has a 25 foot power video cable connected to it. This allows you to have your camera up to 25 feet away from the DVR, making camera mounting and DVR storage/mounting easier and more flexible. Simply connect your camera's power and video jacks to the end of the 25ft power/video cable and you're ready to go. When the unit is powered up the configuration is read automatically from the memory card. The unit is then activated (armed) from the remote control (included). User programmable security codes may be used to prevent unauthorized arming or disarming. The remote control enables the user to Arm/Disarm the event recording process, or record events manually. This unit will automatically arm again if power is lost while armed. Recorded information (max 10fps) is stored on an SD card (128Mb included). All recordings are timedate stamped so you know exactly when the events happened. The recorded events are easily analyzed by simply removing the Memory from the unit and inserting it into a Memory Card Reader (available separately) connected to a PC. This is an ideal solution for recording outdoors where you don't have access to power. You can let it run for up to 3 days without have to worry about it. No more buying battery after battery. Our rechargeable batteries are good for hundreds of charges. Purchase extra batteries if you wish (available below) for quick swappable action to minimize surveillance down time. Recording rates are user programmable from 10 fps to 1 frame every 5 minutes (see chart to left). The unit features full time/date stamping of each image. Use up to a 2Gb SD card for maximum storage. Keep in mind that no matter what framerate is used or how much recording takes place, the batteries will power the unit (DVR and camera) for roughly 3 days per charge. Package Includes:
