International Customers:
We do ship our products around the world, but it is slightly more tricky. You may call us at 618-257-1810, or email us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of this and every page, and we will respond to your inquiry. Please note also, that depending on your specific country, we may or may not be able to accept your credit card. With the amount of fraud on the internet, is you for both your and our protection. We will exhaust every means we have, however, to sell our products to anyone who wants to buy them.

Shipping
Shipping is absolutely free on every order over $50. If your order is under $50, shipping is only $6. If you're ordering online, this shipping charge (if applicable) will not be shown to you, it will be charged, however, onto your credit card.

Standard shipping is done via UPS or FedEx Ground. This takes between 4 and 7 business days. If you need your product faster than this, for instance overnight, this can normally be done. In order to receive anything any other way than Ground shipping, you must call in your order. You can always call toll-free 1-866-720-0779 to order.

About Ordering On-Line:
By far, the safest, easiest and most fool-proof method of ordering is on-line. You can print a receipt, and you will also receive a copy of your transaction through email. When you order on-line, there is no confusion on part numbers, quantities, credit card numbers, address numbers, or anything else that may be mistaken over the telephone. Many people do not realize that using a credit card online is by far the safest way of ordering. Your money has a much higher chance of being tampered with in transit in person than using your credit card online.

Ordering Offline
If for some reason you do not wish to order online, you may order offline by mailing in your check or money order. We also accept purchase orders. To order offline, either call our toll free number, 1-866-720-0779, and speak with a sales representative who will walk you through it, or, following the on-line ordering options below, and follow the instructions for "Snail Mail in check/money order/credit card info or Fax your order".

When you order on-line:
When you click "Check Out" from the shopping cart, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. Most people have the same billing and shipping address. If you have a different billing and shipping address, your order must be verified for both our, and your (the consumer's) protection. This normally just means a phone call making sure you actually ordered it.

After entering your billing and shipping info, click "Next", you will be shown a summary of your order, including the billing and shipping info and a summary of what you ordered. After you click next, you will be taken to the Payment page.

The payment page gives you three options.

Snail Mail in check/money order/credit card info or Fax your order, FAX 775-252-1087.

If you select this option and click next, you will be sent an email with your information. Print this email, fill it out (by hand) and follow the instructions on the sheet.

Pay online via major credit card

If you select this option and click next, you will be taken to a page to enter your credit card info. After doing this, your order is complete. We will bill your credit card (by human hands and eyes). You will get an email confirming your order, which you should keep for your records. You will get an email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number in conjunction with the UPS website to keep track of your package.

Pay via PayPal

If you select the PayPal payment option, simply select that option, click Proceed. Now at the PayPal screen, simply follow the instructions, and that's it

Ordering by Telephone:
If you still do not wish to use our on-line order process, you may call in your order. Have your credit card ready and all the specific product part numbers written down. To place a telephone order, call Toll Free 1-866-720-0779, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message, we will call you back very shortly. When we call back we only ask for you and will identify ourselves as Marbil Enterprises, Inc. After 5:00 PM and weekends we may not answer immediately, but we will call you right back, or you may try calling again.

If you do not find your answer in our FAQ's, or have a concern or complaint before or after ordering, then you may email us or call toll free at 1-866-720-0779.
